The Ministry of the Environment is implementing subsidy projects to reduce CO₂ through the introduction of renewable energy and energy-saving equipment, utilizing the Special Account for Energy Measures, which is funded by taxes for global warming countermeasures.
The recycled raw materials produced by the mixed plastic sorting equipment installed at our Kyushu Office have enabled an annual CO₂ reduction of approximately 20,000 tons compared to virgin materials produced from crude oil. In addition, high-precision sorting technology lowers the barriers to the use of recycled materials and will greatly contribute to the realization of the SDGs (a sustainable and better society).
